Terms of Service


  • Each license is valid for use on one domain or sub-domain.


  • Please Submit Ticket in the Client Area to get SUPPORT from us. Please submit one ticket for each product, Our support team will assist with plugin installation, general questions and technical errors.
  • Each product has one month of support after purchase date.
  • To get support after one month of purchase, you need to purchase our Paid Support ($10/mo).
  • We do not provide bug-fix support for our plugins if they are modified or your modifications in other parts of your site cause these errors.
  • For customers who bought products from us that did not have Client Area account, please contact us to get one
  • The ticket shall be responded within 1 working day.
  • Support time: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, GMT+1
  • We don't provide support service if you're using illegal(nulled) version of Crea8social.


We provide customization services for Crea8social.

  • Customized plugins are delivered in Four (4) Batches in which the 20% of the Agreed Fee is paid after each batch
  • This is to ensure Unit Testing from our end and Satisfaction from the Customer End
  • The Customer Pay 20% of the Agreed Fee, to get us Started on the Project.
  • We don't provide update service for the modified plugins. If you need to update the customized plugins, the time which is spent for work will be evaluated by our developers according to our rate - $12 per hour.
  • Be sure to backup your source code when we deliver final version as we do not keep the source code of customer.

Refund Policy

We provide refund only if all the following requirements are met:

  • refund is requested within 24 hours after purchase
  • if your site meets the plugin requirements and essential features of the plugin will not work on your site
  • we cannot fix the plugin errors using given ftp, database and admin access credentials
  • If we do not meet your Customization Specifications/requirements

We don't provide refund if they are:

  • purchased more than 24 hours ago
  • partly used
  • If there is a breach in the Customization Agreement.

Refusal of service and business relations

  • Lightedphp will terminate all support in instances of Plugin piracy. This includes, but is not limited to "cracked", "nulled", or otherwise unlicensed versions of our plugins.
